Some notes on Real One Player:

Your personal or company firewall has to allow RealPlayer traffic in. There are two links: the standard link is the streaming industry standard "RTSP" real time streaming protocol and uses port 554 on your firewall. If you get a message saying the stream is not available it means your firewall is blocking the presentation.  The second link uses the standard web content delivery protocol HTTP.  The port that is used is 8080.  If you firewall is blocking traffic for the first link try the "firewall friendly" link.  If you get a message saying the stream is not available its probably because port HTTP: Port8080 is being blocked.
